By accessing this website (petitseating.com) or engaging Petit Seating for event planning, design, or rental services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services & Event Booking

Petit Seating offers custom event planning, visual event design, production management, and specialty seating curated by Victoria Fernandez. Services are secured upon receipt of a signed agreement and deposit as outlined in your individual client proposal.

3. Payment & Stripe Compliance

All billing terms, retaining fees, and schedule payments are processed securely in accordance with Stripe merchant policies. Payments made are subject to the specific terms set forth in your executed event service contract.

4. Intellectual Property

All original design concepts, mood boards, proposals, photographs, and website content created by Petit Seating remain the exclusive property of Petit Seating and Victoria Fernandez.
